In the event of a bushfire, we will follow the event Emergency Management Plan. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLAN Scouts Victoria regularly holds large scale events with thousands of attendees. All major events, including this one, have an Emergency Management Plan prepared with input from the local campsite team, local authorities, and the event organising committee, which is then reviewed by the Scouts Victoria state team.
